Ordering an item from the SIPA Bookstore? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Be sure to check with us if you have questions. All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD).
Shipping within the Continental U.S.: SIPA ships orders to street addresses via UPS Ground and orders to post office boxes via USPS.
Shipping outside the Continental U.S.: SIPA ships international, Hawaiian and Alaskan orders via several different services. We will contact you to discuss your shipping options.
Delivery Time
Upon request, when you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose

Calculating Cost:
The standard shipping & handling charge is $4.95. If you would prefer that we send your order by FedEx or by UPS Next Day or Second Day Air, please indicate this in the "Comments/Special Delivery Information" box below. We will contact you to discuss extra shipping charges To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Bookstore Refunds:
SIPA does not give refunds nor accept returns of publications.
Membership Dues:
New members are required to submit their first years dues payment with their membership application. Membership renewal dues are billed annually and are payable in full upon receipt of the invoice. We do not offer pro-rated membership dues billing. Refund requests made within the first three months of a dues payment will be made in full. Between the fourth and sixth months of payment, a pro-rated amount will be refunded. After six months, no refund will be issued unless the amount in question was due to a duplicate payment. In such cases, a full refund of the overpayment will be offered. Requests should be submitted to the Member Services Center at 800-356-9302 |
